Contact Tennis Photo NetworkFAQHow do I license an image? To license an image, follow the link to an image and click on the blue “Add to Cart” button just above and to the right of the image. Under the “Downloads” tab, select the licence best suited to your use of the image and you will be provided with a quote. From here you can add the image to your cart. Once the terms are agreed to and the fee is paid, the image will be made available for download. What format and resolution will I get?Images as showcased on this site are compressed to optimise site performance. A 500-pixel watermarked sample is instantly available for account holders (free). This is especially helpful to editors and designers, allowing them to fully develop their design, before purchasing image licensing. Upon purchase of a licence or ordering of prints, the original high-resolution image (usually 3500-6000 pixels @ 300dpi) will be provided or respectively used to print. When an electronic image is purchased, hi-res JPEG files are delivered by default. Other formats, including TIFF, PSD, etc., can be delivered upon request. Can I get a sample?Yes, you can. As mentioned above, the images showcased on this site are compressed. TPN can supply a hi-res sample to further verify image quality before purchasing a licence. Simply contact TPN directly and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Contact Tennis Photo NetworkTPN currently offers personal use licences as well as commercial and editorial use, rights managed licences for photographs. Rights managed licence means that an image is priced and purchased for a specific explicit purpose for a set period of time. For example, licensing an image for editorial publication at 1/2-page size on an inside page of an Australian national magazine with a circulation of 100,000 is considered a specific purpose. An appropriate rights managed fee will be determined based on that usage. Personal use licence are appropriate for images you’d like for your own collection, which may include but is not limited to using the image for at-home printing, screensaver slideshows, wedding announcements, online personal profiles, etc. A personal use license, however, prohibits you from using the image for anything but strictly personal or limited educational use (e.g. school projects or single-classroom education). What are the terms and conditions associated with licensing an image? Please use the two links provided below to learn more about the terms and conditions: Learn More About Terms And Conditions For Rights Managed LicencesLearn More About Terms And Conditions For Personal Use LicencesPlease note that licensing of an image does not transfer copyright to you, but affords you a usage grant. Additionally, by licensing an image here, you are solely responsible for liability of its use. Some uses may require model or property release. Please ensure that the photo is suitable for your use before licensing. What is Photoshelter?PhotoShelter is an online service TPN uses to archive, showcase, distribute and sell our imaging work.
